Non-Refundable Service Policy

1. Purpose

This Non-Refundable Service Policy outlines the terms under which online divination services are provided and clarifies that they are final and non-refundable due to their personalized and immediate nature. This policy complies with UK laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Nature of Service

All of our divination services, for example Tarot Reading, are unique, personalized services, customized to each individual client based on their specific needs and circumstances. The service is considered “performed” once the reading is delivered, whether live or through a recorded or written format, making it exempt from the usual refund or cancellation rights.

3. Exemptions to Refunds Under Consumer Rights Act 2015

The Consumer Rights Act recognizes that services which are custom or personalized in nature, and which have been fully performed, are exempt from refund obligations. Since any of our online divination services are individually tailored, they qualify as a non-refundable service upon delivery.

4. Exceptions for Defective Services

In line with UK consumer rights, refunds may be considered if the service provided is defective, meaning it did not meet the expected standard of care, was not delivered as agreed, or did not match the description provided at the point of sale. If a client believes the service has been provided incorrectly, they are encouraged to contact us within 14 days of the service date to address their concerns.

5. Cancellations (Online Video Consultation Session -ONLY-)

For an online distance personal consultation session, clients may cancel their booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled reading time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time may not be eligible for a refund due to the preparation and time allocated to each service.

6. Client Acknowledgment

By purchasing any online divination service, clients acknowledge and agree to this Non-Refundable Service Policy. This acknowledgment ensures transparency and helps maintain a fair exchange for the time and expertise invested in each reading.
